Registered Nurse Home Health (Travel) Location: York County, Maine (Primary office: 15 Industrial Park Road, Saco, ME 04072) Facility: MHCAH – York Division Position Type: Travel Contract Contract Length: 10 weeks Start Date: May 25, 2026 Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours/week Compensation: Total Gross Pay $3,195/week About The Role We’re seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse to support MHCAH’s York Division. This role provides comprehensive in‑home patient care across York County. You’ll manage a diverse adult patient population and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of 20–25 patients, completing 5–6 home visits per day Deliver skilled nursing care across adult med‑surg, oncology, cardiac, neurological, respiratory, GI/GU, and wound care populations Complete documentation in EPIC and perform OASIS assessments Participate in an every‑other‑weekend rotation, or select from approved alternative schedules based on agency needs Provide limited call coverage: 2–4 call‑backs/month between 5 PM–8 PM (no overnight call) Maintain accurate clinical records and collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes Required Qualifications Active RN license Minimum 2 years of nursing experience Home Health experience EPIC and OASIS proficiency BLS certification Preferred Experience IV therapy Tube feeds Tracheostomy care Compression wraps Port access Ostomy care Chest tubes Suprapubic catheters Lab draws Equipment & Technology All equipment is provided and must be returned at contract end: Agency laptop iPhone with case and chargers Nursing supply bin Nursing bag with vital‑signs equipment INR machine Agency bag Work Environment No floating required Collaborative, team‑oriented culture Open communication and feedback‑driven improvement Supportive leadership and structured onboarding By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
