RN Home Health - Flint, MI - Local or Traveler 13 weeks FT available, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week We Are Specifically Looking For a Nurse With Strong home health experience and proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team The ability to effectively juggle a frequently changing schedule Strong accountability and ownership of assigned patients and outcomes A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate patient and operational needs ahead of time On-call needs are subject to change based on staff and branch needs - please check during interview Productivity Units: 30 units Qualifications: HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required Skills Homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required OASIS Experience - Required Current state license as a Registered Nurse - Required CHPN Certification - Preferred Proof of current CPR certification - Required Current driver's license - Required Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required 1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting - Required 2+ years Home health experience - Required.
