Job Description Patients typically have multiple comorbidities and can include CHF, COPD, pneumonia, cancer, dementia, kidney disease, hypertension, fall, fracture, infections, cellulitis, post-surgical, wound care, ostomy care, labs, IV infusion, etc. EPIC EMR charting, Sapphire IVs. Any solid color scrub acceptable. Traveler must have own transportation to/from all patient visits. Candidate MUST HAVE 1 year Home Health RN experience active BLS (AHA) and state RN license (IL) wound care experience (wound vacs, pleural drains, ostomy care) able to do Peripheral blood draws, central line care, IV admin through elastomeric, IV pumps, etc. Excellent assessment skills Experience with computer documentation
