RN House Supervisor Opportunity! Holy Family Senior Living is seeking a Part - Time RN House Supervisor (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm) for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in historic Bethlehem, PA.The RN House Supervisor works closely and collaboratively with the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing/Clinical Educator and Scheduling & Staff Operations Manager to ensure our mission is met.If you are looking for a position to enhance your nursing and supervisory skillset, this is it! The RN House Supervisor has clinical and supervisory oversight on the scheduled shift.Primary responsibilities include review of staffing at the start of each shift to maintain quality resident and patient care, completing daily rounds, monitoring admissions and discharges and ensuring appropriate documentation.This key position assists in the orientation of new staff and supervises/mentors team members.This is a Part -Time position and requires every other weekend and holiday.Qualifications:Licensed RN (Commonwealth of PA) 5 years of nurse supervisor experience in skilled nursing or related setting.Demonstrated supervisor/leadership skills and/or wound care experience.The equivalent combination of education and experience combined with the right attitude and enthusiasm which provides the required knowledge and skillset as cited above.WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING AT HOLY FAMILY SENIOR LIVING:We offer a career with purpose!
