We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our inpatient services team in a vibrant regional healthcare setting within the Midwest. This role involves delivering comprehensive patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring each patient receives personalized and professional nursing support. Key Responsibilities Provide expert nursing care to assigned patients, addressing physical, psychological, spiritual, and social needs upon admission. Develop and prioritize individualized treatment plans based on medical and nursing diagnoses. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and supervisors, to optimize patient outcomes. Continuously reassess and document patient status, recognizing complications and responding appropriately. Administer medications and IV therapy safely, maintaining accurate documentation. Educate patients and families about disease processes and treatment plans in an understandable manner. Effectively manage workload to ensure timely and efficient care delivery. Communicate critical patient information promptly to relevant team members. Education Applicants must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a current Registered Nurse license valid for practice in the region. Experience and Requirements Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) as per American Heart Association standards. Completion of Mandatory Reporter training within six months of hire. Compliance with all federal, state, and professional licensure and regulatory training requirements. Ability to meet the physical demands of the nursing role and maintain reliable attendance. This position offers full-time hours with day and night shifts available, including second and third shift differentials.
