Prioritize safety for patients, guests, staff, and self by adhering to safety protocols, reporting incidents, and applying principles of Just Culture and HIPAA compliance. Demonstrate leadership and commitment to professional growth through certifications, advanced education, and participation in shared governance and clinical advancement programs.
