Medical City Healthcare seeks an experienced RN Labor and Delivery Supervisor to lead our high-acuity maternal-newborn unit. In this on-site role, you’ll oversee daily operations, staffing, and clinical workflow while ensuring safe, compassionate care for mothers and newborns. You will mentor L&D nurses, coordinate with physicians and support teams, and guide responses to obstetric emergencies. The supervisor champions quality, safety, and adherence to evidence-based practices, driving continuous improvement and a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
