Job OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team.The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including clinics and long-term care facilities.As an RN/LPN, you will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, assisting in the delivery of patient care while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.Duties Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.Assist with daily living activities for patients, including personal hygiene and mobility.Provide health coaching to patients and their families to promote wellness and disease prevention.Perform catheterization and manage airway for patients as needed.Conduct assessments and document patient progress in accordance with MDS (Minimum Data Set) requirements.Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.Provide care for patients with specific needs such as dementia or those requiring dialysis.Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.Skills Proficiency in internal medicine practices and procedures.Experience in dementia care management.Ability to perform dialysis procedures when required.Strong knowledge of vital sign assessment techniques.Competence in health coaching methodologies to support patient education.Skilled in catheterization techniques for various patient needs.Familiarity with airway management protocols in emergency situations.Understanding of MDS documentation processes for skilled nursing facilities.Experience working in an operating room (OR) setting is a plus.Join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to providing exceptional care to our patients!
