Job Title: Registered Nurse – LTC (Night Shift) Location: Gifford, IL Type: Contract Pay Rate: $40 to $46/hour (Based on experience) Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Nights | Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Schedule: 3 shifts/week, every other weekend | Hours/Week: 36 Position Overview: Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse - LTC for an exciting Travel or Local job in Gifford, IL. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct nursing care to residents overnight, following established care plans. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond to emergencies. Document care accurately in PCC charting system. Collaborate with CNAs and fellow nursing staff to ensure safe resident care. Participate in facility orientation, competency training, and shadowing as required. Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols. Required Qualifications Active RN license in Illinois. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required. LTC or nursing home experience preferred. Strong communication, observation, and decision-making skills. Ability to work night 12-hour shifts with weekend rotation.
