We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to serve as a Charge Nurse on the Medical-Surgical unit during night shifts. This role requires strong clinical judgment to perform thorough assessments, prioritize patient and family needs, and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
