RN Operating Room Service Line Lead

As an RN Operating Room Service Line Lead at HealthONE, you will coordinate and oversee perioperative nursing care within a designated surgical service line. You will support surgeons and OR teams during procedures, ensure adherence to evidence-based practices, and optimize patient safety and outcomes. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, mentoring OR nurses, managing supplies and equipment, and collaborating with anesthesia, surgery, and ancillary departments.
