Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment by adhering to safety protocols, noise reduction, and supporting healthcare students. Participate actively in career development through certifications, advanced education, leadership opportunities, and evidence-based practice. Education and Experience: Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent with at least five years of acute care experience. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or required within five years of hire; enrollment in advanced degree programs is accepted. Area-specific certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, or specialty certifications are required and maintained. Licensure: Active Registered Nurse license as required by the state nursing board.
