Job Description
Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse specializing in pulmonary care, providing compassionate and individualized patient care across all age groups. You will develop and implement nursing care plans, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure patient safety at all times. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care and support to patients and their families. Education Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred. Experience Previous nursing experience is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, multitask, and prioritize patient needs is essential. Requirements Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Kansas. Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire. Ability to demonstrate unit-specific competencies within a reasonable orientation period and ongoing. Strong interpersonal skills characterized by integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence. For surgical services roles, availability for regular and holiday call with specified response times depending on assignment.
