Responsible for coordinating analysis of results of collaborative internal and external projects in which the hospital and Medical Staff participates. Collects, tabulates, and coordinates analysis of data related to required indicators. Prepares reports for hospital management and Medical Staff Committees as appropriate. Assists with preparation of reports to regulatory or accrediting bodies. J. Prepares and submits data for all required corporate indicators. Serves as facilitator or trains facilitators for PI Teams.
