Paid Weekly Award-winning hospital partners across the nation Immediate and flexible opportunities to create your career journey Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department during night shift, including triage, assessment, monitoring, and interventions. Apply the nursing process to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and telemetry; Communicate patient status, diagnostic results, and treatment plans with physicians and the care team. Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions per orders and protocols. Supervise and coordinate LVNs/LPNs and nursing assistants as needed. Maintain accurate EMR documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. Participate in emergency response, trauma resuscitation, and critical care stabilization. Support patient safety initiatives and evidence-based emergency nursing practices. Current and valid state RN License. Minimum of one year experience as a staff nurse RN in an acute care hospital setting; Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Facility Specific Requirements (facility may require items listed below): EDAP certified facilities: Completion of emergency pediatric course 1 and 2 within 6 months of hire.
