UF Health is seeking an experienced RN for our Resource Pool Critical Care team in Gainesville, FL. In this role, you will float among ICU and other high-acuity units, delivering expert, evidence-based care to adult and critically ill patients. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, manage complex therapies, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and provide education and emotional support to patients and families.
