UF Health is seeking an experienced RN for our Resource Pool Critical Care team. In this role, you will float across ICUs and high-acuity units, providing expert, evidence-based care to diverse, complex patients. You’ll perform comprehensive assessments, manage ventilators and vasoactive drips, interpret cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
