Job Title:RN Night Shift Supervisor (Skilled Nursing Facility)Location:4110 Rocky River Drive, Cleveland 44135Shift:Full-Time Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Night Shift Supervisor in our skilled nursing facility.This role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations during overnight hours, ensuring high-quality resident care, and supporting nursing staff.Key Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during night shift Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and compliant resident care Serve as the clinical leader and point of contact for all overnight operations Respond to emergencies, incidents, and changes in resident condition Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team Review documentation and ensure regulatory compliance Assist with staffing, assignments, and workflow management Qualifications Active RN license in Ohio Minimum 1-2 years experience in skilled nursing or long-term care Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Thank you for your consideration in joining the amazing team at Larchwood!
