Location:Port Townsend The Jefferson County Public Works Department seeks a part-time Road Maintenance Clerk Hire.This position is responsible for labor, truck, and equipment operation necessary to perform various road maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, cleaning culverts, mowing of county rights of way, plowing snow and sanding, cleaning drainage ditches, patching roads, tree removal and litter pickup by performing the following duties.This position receives general supervision and direction from the Foreman, Area Road Supervisor, and the Road Superintendent This is a Clerk Hire position working a maximum of 69 hours per month.Minimum Qualifications:Individual needs to be able to perform each job duty satisfactorily.The requirements listed on the Job Details Category Part Time Status Open Posted April 1, 2026 Closing April 14, 2026 11:59 PM.
