We're a specialty coffee roastery in Fresno looking for someone with hands-on specialty coffee experience to join our roasting team on a 1993 Diedrich drum roaster.This isn't a starter job.You should already know the difference between a natural and a washed process, what a cupping table looks like, and why extraction matters.We'll teach you our profiles -- but you need to come in with a foundation.What you'd do Roast and blend coffees.Participate in cuppings and quality evaluation.Package and fulfill orders.Weekly roaster cleaning and maintenance.Keep the roastery organized.Possible Saturday shifts at our farmers market booth.What we need from you At least 1 year working in specialty coffee (barista, roaster, green buyer, trainer -- any role).You know what SCA stands for.You've tasted enough coffee to talk about it with specifics, not just smooth and bold.
