Overview Join a cutting-edge robotics manufacturing team as a Robotics Manufacturing Associate, where you will play a hands-on role in building and supporting advanced robotic equipment.This position offers cross-training in both material handling and mechanical assembly, giving you the opportunity to develop well-rounded manufacturing skills in a structured, team-oriented environment.If you enjoy working with your hands, staying active throughout the day, and being part of innovative production operations, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in robotics manufacturing.Responsibilities Perform basic mechanical assembly including fastening components, light wiring, securing hardware, and following step-by-step build instructions Work across multiple assembly stations, completing repetitive manufacturing steps with accuracy Stock production lines and ensure accurate material counts Receive incoming materials and verify shipments Clear packaging and replenish materials as needed to support production flow Use small hand tools consistent with mechanical assembly and shipping processes Log into computer systems to access and follow digital work instructions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing environment Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for 8 hours per shift (outside of scheduled breaks) Ability to read and follow English-language work and safety instructions Basic computer skills (logging in/out, navigating work instructions) Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a structured environment Mechanical aptitude (experience using small hand tools in production, building, or hands-on environments) Ability to meet daily shipping/receiving productivity goals Must provide own steel-toe or composite-toe shoes Preferred Qualifications Prior warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing experience Experience with shipping software such as UPS WorldShip Experience operating pallet jacks or forklifts Strong attention to detail and labeling accuracy #WOR Job Type:Temp-to-hire Pay:From $20.00 per hour Expected hours:40 per week Work Location:In person.
