Role Overview We are seeking a high-performance B2B Sales Professional who thrives in a consultative, solution-driven sales environment . This role is not transactional—it requires the ability to educate, influence, and close decision-makers on high-value automation investments. You will be responsible for driving revenue through direct sales of robotics solutions , managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing. Target Client Segments You will actively sell into: Assisted Living & Memory Care Communities Hospitals & Healthcare Facilities Hotels & Hospitality Groups Warehouses & Logistics Operators Airports & Large Commercial Facilities Your primary buyers include: Executive Directors Facility Managers Operations Leaders CFOs / Decision Makers Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Lead Generation Identify and prospect high-value B2B clients within target industries Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities Leverage networking, field visits, and digital outreach 2. Consultative Sales & Solution Positioning Understand client pain points (labor shortages, cost pressures, efficiency gaps) Position robotics solutions as ROI-driven investments , not expenses Conduct discovery calls and on-site evaluations 3. Product Demonstrations & Presentations Deliver compelling product demos (on-site or virtual) Clearly communicate technical value in simple business terms Customize presentations based on industry use case 4. Closing & Revenue Generation Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to signed contract Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively Consistently meet or exceed sales targets 5.
