Roller Operator (Paving)

Job Summary: The Roller Operator is responsible for operating compaction equipment to achieve proper density and surface finish during asphalt paving operations. This role is critical to ensuring pavement quality, longevity, and compliance with project specifications by applying the correct rolling patterns, timing, and techniques in coordination with the paving crew.
