Weekend WarriorsWe are expanding to hiring weekend teams.We are seeking Part-time SAVAGES to join our weekend teams.In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of residential roofs through thorough cleaning practices.Your efforts will help extend the lifespan of roofs, improve property aesthetics, and ensure safety standards are met.This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, stay active, and contribute to property preservation with a company dedicated to excellence and safety.The work is done alone, if you like that.Full-time positions will become available as time goes on, if interested.Looking to promote one or two of you to weekend managers within the next two months, just show a lot of initiation, and be OK with letting stuff roll off your shoulder (be a grown up).Responsibilities Safely access rooftops using ladders, scaffolding, or other approved equipment to perform cleaning tasks Remove debris, moss, algae, dirt, and other buildup from roof surfaces using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions Inspect roofs for damage or potential hazards during the cleaning process and report findings promptly Follow safety protocols at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as harnesses, gloves, and eye protection Maintain detailed records of completed work, including areas cleaned and any issues identified Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient job completion while adhering to safety guidelines Assist with setup and cleanup of work sites to ensure a safe and organized environment Requirements Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year Comfortable working at heights with proper safety measures in place Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Good communication skills for teamwork and reporting issues effectively Prior experience in roof cleaning or related outdoor maintenance is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Valid driver's license is preferred for transportation to job sites Join us in delivering top-quality roof cleaning services that enhance property value and safety!
