Job Overview Rusty's Window Cleaning is hiring a dependable, motivated Roof & Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our growing team.This is a part-time position to start, with a clear path to full-time hours as we move into our busy season.This is not a janitorial or maid service position.Our technicians provide professional roof cleaning, exterior cleaning, and property maintenance services using commercial-grade equipment, safety systems, and industry-leading techniques.Pay & Benefits $20 (based on experience & performance) Part-time to start with full-time hours available in peak season Overtime opportunities during busy months Performance bonuses available Opportunity for advancement and leadership roles Year-round work with optional holiday light season hours Schedule Part-time:2-4 days per week (flexible) Typical hours:8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Full-time hours available during peak season Optional Saturdays available What You'll Do Perform roof cleaning, moss removal, and treatments Complete gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and house washing Assist with window cleaning (up to 3 stories) when needed Safely use ladders, harnesses, and fall protection equipment Operate soft wash systems, pressure washers, and water-fed poles Provide excellent customer service on every job Track jobs and notes using our system (Jobber) Maintain equipment and follow all safety procedures Assist with holiday light installation/removal during winter (optional) Services You'll Work On Roof Cleaning & Moss Removal Gutter Cleaning Window Cleaning Pressure Washing House Washing Skylight Cleaning Solar Panel Cleaning Holiday Light Installation (seasonal) Requirements Must pass a background check Valid driver's license with clean driving record 25years old (insurance requirement for company vehicles) Able to lift 40lbs and climb ladders regularly (24ft) Comfortable working on roofs and at heights Able to work outdoors in all Washington weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Strong work ethic and positive attitude Must pass a pre-employment drug screening Why Work With Us?
