The ideal candidate will be experienced in roofing and siding repairs, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable assisting field managers with project supervision on active job sites when additional oversight is needed. Responsibilities Roofing & Siding Repairs Perform residential and light commercial roofing repairs Diagnose roof leaks and identify repair solutions Complete siding repairs and replacements Replace shingles, flashing, fascia, soffit, trim, and related materials Perform storm damage and insurance-related repair work Ensure repairs are completed safely and professionally Maintain clean and organized job sites Quality Control & Project Oversight Conduct quality control inspections on active projects Help oversee crews and subcontractors on large or busy projects Ensure workmanship meets company standards and manufacturer specifications Assist field managers with scheduling coordination and job progress updates Identify and address issues before project completion Communicate with homeowners professionally regarding job progress or concerns Document project conditions using photos and notes General Duties Assist with material management and job site logistics Follow all company safety procedures Operate ladders, tools, and equipment safely Work closely with office staff, field managers, and production teams Qualifications Experience in roofing and/or siding repair required Knowledge of residential roofing systems and exterior construction Ability to identify installation or workmanship issues Leadership and problem-solving skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Preferred Qualifications Experience managing crews or overseeing projects Insurance restoration experience Ability to read scopes of work and supplements Familiarity with quality control inspections and documentation Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable) Opportunity for advancement Steady year-round work Supportive team environment About Nick’s Roofing Nick’s Roofing is committed to delivering high-quality roofing and exterior services with honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail.
