Roof Repair Technician/Up to $4000 Signing BONUS

Job Summary:Repair, replace and install roofs on residential houses and commercial businesses.They inspect roofs to ensure there are no leaks or any damage that might cause leaks in the future.Duties/Responsibilities: Comfortable working on ladders and roofs.Inspect roofs to determine the best repair or replacement procedures.Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofing systems.Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific areas.Install insulation and vapor barriers.Ensure roofing projects are completed on time and within budget.Adhere to safety protocols and use protective equipment.Communicate with clients to understand their roofing needs and provide solutions.Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.Work with other team members to complete projects efficiently.Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.Identify and address any potential roofing issues before they become major problems.Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.Perform routine maintenance on existing roofs.Remove debris and clean up job sites after completing roofing projects.Maintain clean, neat, and professional appearance.Maintain a clear, neat and professional workspace.Required Skills/Abilities:High school diploma or equivalent.Proven experience as a Roofing Technician or similar role.Knowledge of various roofing materials and techniques.Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity.Proficiency in using roofing tools and equipment.Excellent problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.Flexibility to work overtime and weekends if needed.Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials.Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent.At least two years related experience required.Job Type:Full-time Pay:Up to $40.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
