A growing construction company is hiring multiple roofing crew members to join busy crews across Fargo, ND and Detroit Lakes, MN. What You'll be Doing Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems Assist with tear-off, material handling, and roof installation Set up and use equipment safely (ladders, scaffolding, tools) Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Work outdoors with a team on active construction projects Follow safety procedures and quality standards Who We're Looking For: Reliable, hardworking individuals who show up ready to work Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions Ability to lift 50-100 lbs occasionally and stay physically active Construction or roofing experience is a plus (but not required) Must be 18+ and able to pass a pre-employment drug test Foreman or leadership-level experience = higher pay opportunities What Our Client Offers: $20-$30/hour+ based on experience (more for leadership-level talent) Steady seasonal work with strong demand Opportunity to grow into crew lead or foreman roles Work with experienced crews and quality equipment A team-first culture that values skill, effort, and reliability
