We believe in teamwork, continuous improvement, and celebrating success.Responsibilities As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting homeowners to generate leads, conducting roof and property inspections, guiding customers through the restoration process, and providing solutions to help fund any needed repairs.You will serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.Responsibilities include:Generating sales leads through cold calling and door knocking techniques.Traveling to areas recently hit by storm damage to identify signs of roof and property damage.Climbing onto roofs to conduct damage assessments and presenting findings to homeowners (thorough training will be provided).Educating homeowners on the restoration process and serving as a technical advisor to effectively resolve client concerns.Providing estimates and funding options and collecting payments as required.Working with insurance companies and meeting with adjusters to facilitate the best outcomes possible for homeowners.Obtaining agreements and contracts from homeowners for roof restoration services.Attending weekly sales meetings and actively participating in team communication.Skills Proven ability in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on direct customer engagement.Strong management and territory management skills to efficiently cover designated areas.Experience with lead generation techniques such as cold calling, networking, or digital marketing.Familiarity with CRM software for tracking sales activities.Excellent negotiation skills paired with a customer-centric approach to ensure positive outcomes for clients and the company.Ability to conduct product demos confidently and effectively communicate technical information.Demonstrated success in upselling, account management, and business development strategies.This entry-level roofing sales role offers a vibrant environment where your enthusiasm meets structured training to build a rewarding career in sales--empowering you with the tools needed for success today and growth tomorrow!
