OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy Outside Sales Representative to take ownership of a local territory and drive revenue.If you are a proactive closer who thrives on building relationships and winning new business, we want to talk to you.Duties Hunt & Close:Generate new business through cold calling, lead generation, and proactive networking.Manage Your Turf:Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and partners within your territory.Be the Expert:Conduct technical demos and presentations to show clients exactly why our roofing solutions are the best fit.Tech-Forward Selling:Use Jobber (CRM) to track your pipeline, manage accounts, and stay organized.Negotiate & Win:Handle pricing and contracts to close deals while ensuring a world-class customer experience.Experience Proven Track Record:Experience in outside sales, B2B, or construction (roofing experience is a major plus!).Self-Starters:You don't wait for leads to come to you; you go out and find them.Relationship Builders:Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-first attitude.Analytical Mindset:Ability to look at market trends and adjust your strategy to hit your numbers.Tech Savvy:Comfortable using CRMs (Jobber, Salesforce, etc.) to manage your workflow Compensation & Benefits Performance-Based Pay:Competitive, uncapped commission structure where your earnings are directly tied to your results.Ready to dominate the market?
