Locations:Cleveland, OH - Cincinnati, OH - Durham, NC Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, lead generation, and direct sales strategies.The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service skills and the ability to analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.If you are passionate about sales and eager to be a part of our success, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective account management.Conduct B2B sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.Utilize Salesforce (or similar CRM) to track sales activities and manage customerrelationships.Analyze customer needs and present tailored solutions to meet business requirements.Leverage upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue from existing accounts.Partner with the marketing team to align on strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Prepare and present regular sales performance and market trend reports to management.Qualifications:Proven experience in direct sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.Experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus, but not required.Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and identify opportunities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Experience in upselling or cross-selling products/services is a plus.Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.Compensation:W2 / Benefits Package Uncapped Earning Potential Multiple Comp Plans How To Apply:Submit your resume today.Pay:$80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Work Location:In person.
