Star City Roofing is expanding and looking to add motivated Field Sales Representatives to our growing storm restoration team.We specialize in helping homeowners and businesses restore roofing, siding, and exterior damage caused by hail and wind in the Tippecanoe and surrounding areas.If you're driven, independent, and excited about unlimited earning potential, this is an opportunity to build a high-income career -- no prior roofing experience required.Key Responsibilities Inspect and document residential and commercial properties for storm damage Educate property owners on the insurance claims and restoration process Measure exteriors and prepare estimates Secure restoration agreements Generate leads through neighborhood marketing, referrals and canvassing Compensation & Earning Potential Uncapped commission structure Average weekly earnings:$2,000 - $4,750Industry-leading commission rates Six-figure income potential ($100Kannually) We provide comprehensive storm restoration and construction training to ensure you have the product knowledge and confidence needed to succeed.What We Provide Hands-on storm restoration training program Education on construction basics and exterior damage assessment Support throughout the claims and restoration process Ongoing sales development and mentorship No prior roofing experience necessary -- we train the right individuals.Qualifications Comfortable working face-to-face with homeowners Willing to canvass neighborhoods and generate leads Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs as needed Reliable transportation Smartphone capable of taking photos and video Self-motivated with strong time management skills Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required Who Thrives in This Role?
