Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team.In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and expanding our presence within the roofing industry.The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in B2B & D2D sales, territory management, and marketing to drive company growth and achieve sales targets.Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new clients and expand existing accounts within designated territories Conduct lead generation activities including Door-to-Door sales, cold calling, networking, and outreach to identify potential customers Present product demos and technical solutions tailored to client needs, emphasizing value propositions and upselling opportunities Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals through direct sales and B2B engagement Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional customer service and account management practices Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns and promotional strategies Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities Provide ongoing support post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the roofing or construction industry preferred Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and lead generation effectively Familiarity with CRM software such as Jobnimbus or similar platforms for account management and analysis Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills Ability to conduct product demos, presentations, and upselling strategies confidently Demonstrated success in cold calling, direct sales, inside sales, or retail sales environments Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market data and develop strategic plans Self-motivated with a proactive approach toward business development and territory expansion Knowledge of marketing techniques relevant to roofing products or services is a plus Join our team as a Roofing Sales Representative if you are passionate about driving growth through innovative sales strategies and building meaningful client relationships.This role offers a rewarding environment for motivated professionals eager to make an impact in the roofing industry.As a company we strive to operate with integrity, honesty, and respect, guided by strong Christian values in everything we do.Pay:$60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits:Flexible schedule Work Location:On the road.
