Project Manager / Service Technician Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Project Manager / Service Technician to join our growing roofing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, customer-focused, and experienced in managing roofing or exterior projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing inspections, handling service repairs, communicating with customers, and coordinating crews and materials to ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally. Perform roof inspections, service calls, and minor repair work. Diagnose roofing issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Coordinate scheduling with customers, crews, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to company standards. Conduct quality control inspections before, during, and after projects. Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding project progress and service needs. Maintain accurate job notes, photos, and updates within company CRM systems. Assist with material ordering and inventory management when needed. Handle warranty claims and customer service concerns professionally. Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions. Requirements Previous roofing, construction, or project management experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to climb ladders and work comfortably on roofs. Basic knowledge of roofing systems, repairs, and construction practices. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps, CRM software, and office technology. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Valid Driver’s License required. Reliable transportation required. Ability to drive with a trailer. Ability to lift materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Preferred Qualifications Experience in roofing service work or exterior restoration. Experience managing crews or subcontractors. Knowledge of insurance restoration processes is a plus. OSHA or safety certifications are a plus.
