Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Worker to join our dynamic team.In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across various facilities, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for all.Your energetic approach and commitment to excellence will help uphold our high standards of cleanliness and facility maintenance, contributing directly to the comfort and satisfaction of residents, guests, or clients.Duties Room Guest rooms both checkout and stay over rooms, using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance.Support facilities maintenance by identifying minor repairs or safety hazards and reporting them promptly Execute custodial duties related to industrial cleaning or specialized cleaning projects as needed Maintain cleanliness standards during scheduled shifts while adhering to safety protocols Support additional tasks such as residential painting or porter duties to ensure overall facility upkeep Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, room cleaning experience, custodial services or related fields preferred Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated schedules Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Have an open availabiliy as shift schedule can change to match the business needs Able to follow basic English instructions for daily duties; team support and training are provided A reliable transportation to take you to the city Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, safe spaces!
