In this energetic role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every space meets our high standards of hygiene and comfort. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to uphold cleanliness standards. Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and minibar items to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain public areas by vacuuming carpets, dusting surfaces, emptying trash bins, and cleaning windows. Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for yourself and guests. Adhere to all health regulations and company policies related to hygiene and sanitation practices. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management. Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleanliness standards. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest service. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus but not mandatory; training will be available.
