Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Room Attendant/Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to keep all surfaces spotless and safe for guests. Ensure all public areas, hallways, and common spaces are tidy, well-maintained, and welcoming. Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a hygienic environment. Assist with inventory management by restocking cleaning supplies and amenities as needed. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and custodial practices. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality standards. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward guest service.
