Be detail-oriented by reporting maintenance deficiencies on a daily basis as needed to maintain the room in compliance with standards. Duties include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, removing trash, removing used linen/towels, special projects, and washing windows to make sure guest rooms and bathrooms meet hotel standards. Restock all guest room supplies, like soap and shampoo. Organize your linen closet, restock your cart, and get ready for the next day, before your shift ends each day. Respond to special requests made by guests. Assist housekeeping operations as a whole, including laundry and linen/trash removal. Assist hotel operations by aiding front desk, maintenance, and breakfast. Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements Ability to communicate with guest requests and respond accordingly in a Friendly, Authentic, Caring, and Thoughtful way. Must be flexible to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays 16 years of age or older Hospitality experience preferred Able to move, lift, and carry large objects up to 50 lbs.
