KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Clean and prepare guest rooms in accordance with the hotel's guidelines, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms and guest amenities. Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock guest supplies as necessary. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items in guest rooms to management immediately. Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained and used effectively. Assist in the cleaning of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Uphold the hotel’s policies and procedures regarding safety and security. Collaborate with team members to maintain a harmonious work environment. Respond to guest requests and issues promptly and courteously. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the housekeeping supervisor.
