Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel or industrial cleaning and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our facilities are welcoming, comfortable, and impeccably clean for all guests and staff. WEEKENDS a must Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment efficiently to ensure all necessary items are available for daily operations. Conduct thorough inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries regarding housekeeping services. Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Follow established protocols for cleaning procedures, including floor care techniques and custodial practices. Requirements Previous experience in hotel housekeeping management or industrial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Knowledge of hospitality best practices and customer service principles. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and procedures.
