Rotary Die Cutter Operator Packaging Manufacturing Fort Worth, TX Shift:1st Shift (3am-1pm) Start Date:ASAP Position Summary:The Rotary Die Cutter Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining rotary die cutting equipment to produce corrugated boxes and packaging components to precise specifications.This role ensures accurate cutting, slotting, scoring, and print registration while maintaining production efficiency and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate rotary die cutters and/or flexo rotary machines Install and align rotary dies, print plates, and feed systems Adjust feed section, print section, slotter, and die cut section Monitor machine speed, board alignment, and product quality Perform first-piece and in-process quality checks Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make necessary adjustments Replace worn parts (belts, gears, rollers, anvils) as needed Complete preventive maintenance and cleaning tasks Accurately document production output, scrap, and downtime Follow OSHA and company safety procedures Equipment Experience (Preferred):Rotary Die Cutters (Ward, Martin, Mitsubishi, Langston, etc.) Flexo Folder Gluers (FFG) Top printers Conveyor and stacker systems Qualifications:2years of experience operating rotary die cutting equipment in a corrugated manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read job tickets, blueprints, and production specs Knowledge of board grades and flute types Basic math and measurement skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Preferred Skills:Flexographic printing experience Knowledge of anilox rolls and ink systems Experience with high-speed converting lines Forklift certification Familiarity with Lean/continuous improvement practices INDUS Pay:$23.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience:Rotary die cutter:3 years (Preferred) Machine operation:3 years (Preferred) Mechanical:3 years (Preferred) Packaging manufacturing:3 years (Preferred) Blueprint reading:3 years (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
