Job Description:Pay Rate:$20.00 per hour.(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm.Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am).Pack whole chicken into cases.Grade whole chicken for bruises, skin torn, and parts missing.Tie whole chickens.Pin whole chicken wings back.Put whole chickens into marinade injector.Pull leaf fat from whole chicken.Other duties assigned.Qualifications:Able to stand for prolonged periods of time (8-10 hrs.) on concrete/metal grate floor.Able to work with small, handheld tools (i.e., knife, scissors).Must be able to submit to and pass criminal background..
