Location: Monroe, NC | URGENTLY HIRING Role Overview We are a local family-run food distribution operation serving the South Charlotte area. We are currently, urgently hiring a reliable, strong individual with a “can-do” attitude to join our team as a Saturday Delivery Helper. This is a long-term position for someone who thrives on physical work. No CDL is required. Job Details Pay: Starting wage: $16 up to $20/hr depending on experience. The higher end would be offered to those with 5+ years of relevant driving and warehouse experience. Salary adjustments will be considered for outstanding performance after 90 days. Job Type: Part-time Saturday Helper, with potential for extra hours during the week. Schedule: 1:00 AM start, 10–12 hour shifts. You will work every Saturday. Please indicate if you also have availability to cover other days if needed (heavy volume), vacation relief, or inventory adjustments. Role Goal: We provide full training for someone who wants to learn the business and potentially turn this into a long-term career. Key Responsibilities Organize product at the warehouse by account. Load, transport, and deliver product to grocery and restaurant accounts. Build professional relationships with warehouse personnel, store managers, and staff to represent our brand in a positive way. Be friendly and helpful to shoppers when asked about products, representing the brand with a positive attitude. Stock shelves, pull up & rotate inventory, and set up displays. Learn route flow, stop sequences, and customer expectations. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and inventory accuracy. Compensation, Training & Advancement Starting: $16–$20/hr based on experience. Training: We provide full training. Once you can independently operate a 20-foot box truck and manage the route, compensation may be reviewed for outstanding performance. Advancement: We are a growing operation; we are looking for one dedicated team member to work Saturdays consistently. Additional hours may be offered during the week if available.
