HOME OF HOPE seeks a compassionate Route Driver / Job Coach to support homeless children and their mothers. In this frontline role, you will safely transport families to and from our facility, schools, jobs, and community resources while providing supportive coaching and encouragement. You will help reinforce life-skills, program expectations, and daily routines that foster stability, independence, and confidence. Working closely with our Community & Social Services team, you’ll observe and communicate client needs, document trips and incidents, and model respectful, trauma-informed interactions.
