Primary City/State: Phoenix, Arizona Department Name: Courier Svcs-Ref Lab Work Shift: Day Job Category: Supply Chain We're in search of an experienced Logistics professional to assist our Couriers and Dispatchers by planning and optimizing daily routes. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and at least 4 years of logistics route planning experience. This role will create and optimize routes, analyze in state route efficiencies, and ultimately create route improvements to be integrated into our TMS for deployment. We create our own routes and do not use third party for logistics, so this role is the primary architect of our route efficiencies. If this matches you, we'd love to speak with you. This position is based in office so candidate will need to be local to the Phoenix/Greater Phoenix Area POSITION SUMMARY This position works collaboratively with operations to provide routine route optimiatzations, support route updates, manage existing routes within a route management system and develops routes needed for special projects. This position will perform all necessary duties of various Logistics positions at a high level to meet Logistics department needs and the needs of our clients and may be responsible for a technical and/or administrative area of focus. Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.
