Job Description The primary role of Route Supervisor is to work their individual route, while maintaining operational excellence within Talking Trash. Each Route Supervisor will work within a predetermined territory and will be assigned to service the areas clientele with the highest level of customer service. Route Supervisors will be driving a Smash My Trash truck and performing Smashes at client sites. This position will be working around the El Paso, Texas Weekly Roles Typical weeks for a Route Supervisor will likely include the following activities listed by percent of total time. · Driving their SMT truck and servicing the accounts on their route (65%) · Routine maintenance on SMT equipment (10%) · Demo Smashes with Relationship Managers (20%) · Internal meetings and conference calls (5%) What we are looking for · A minimum of 1 to 3 years driver experience (Local, Delivery or Long Haul) · At least a high school diploma and a degree from the school of hard knocks. · Someone who is adaptable, flexible and extremely organized and detail oriented. · A team player who works well with others and can collaborate. · Has a good since of humor and gets a kick every time our SMASHER crushes our clients’ trash! · Is a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and a client service mentality. · Is goal oriented and driven to success by achieving monthly sales goals. · Wants to EARN great money by providing incredible customer service, hustling and generating long term business. · Is able to prioritize tasks, deadlines and maintain consistent productivity in a fast-paced environment. · Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean record -CDL is not required but is a big plus · Is willing to participate in a background check.
