Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a RTE/ Scrum Master to join their team. As a RTE/ Scrum Master, you will be part of the Enterprise Agile Support team supporting multiple delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and the ability to facilitate high-performing teams, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: RTE/ Scrum Master Location: Charlotte, NC What's the Job? Serve as the Release Train Engineer / Lead Scrum Master for a product area supporting multiple agile teams Facilitate team-level Scrum execution while operating at the product-area level with product partners Enable delivery planning, execution, and dependency management across multiple teams Remove systemic and cross-team impediments impacting delivery flow Support resource and capacity adjustments when delivery needs shift What's Needed? Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer, Lead Scrum Master, or Senior Scrum Master Supporting multiple agile teams simultaneously (minimum of 3 teams) Strong background in agile transformation and scaling Experience operating in a large, enterprise environment Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills What's in it for me?
