Runner We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Runner to join our team at Dorado Beach. The Runner supports Front of House (FOH) operations by coordinating communication between servers and kitchen staff to ensure proper timing and flow of service. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver food to members and guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring optimal quality, presentation, and temperature of all menu items. Key Responsibilities may include: Create a welcoming and comfortable experience for all members and guests, demonstrating genuine care and attentiveness. Answer questions regarding menu items, beverages, and restaurant services with accuracy and confidence. Deliver and serve food and beverages promptly, following established Sequence of Service Standard Operating Procedures. Ensure food is presented according to recipe card standards and served at the appropriate temperature. Perform assigned side work, deep cleaning tasks, and closing duties. Maintain cleanliness at all times in server stations, expeditor area, and coffee station. Monitor members’ and guests’ dining experience through quality checks, ensuring satisfaction with food quality and temperature. Respond promptly, courteously, and professionally to guest requests. Assist fellow servers and bartenders as needed to support smooth operations. Rate: $7.00 per hour Job Requirements: Fully bilingual (Spanish & English). Basic knowledge of dining room operations, service procedures, and restaurant functions. Previous Customer Service Experience preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and efficiently. Basic math skills, including the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system. Exceptional grooming and personal presentation standards. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure with minimal supervision. Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations Working Conditions may include: Work hours include days and evenings on weekdays, weekends and holidays.
