DESCRIPTION OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Check VPS and set up stations/lines with products Replenishes stations/lines throughout the shift Comply with FIFO - First in, first out Date and rotate products Make sauce for sandwiches as needed Put all products back in work in progress area (end of shift) Maintain production area in compliance with sanitation standards set by LSG Sky Chefs, FDA, USDA, and Customer regulations.Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.SKILLS AND Qualifications:Ability to push up to 75 lbs.on rolling stock and lift up to 25 lbs.Must Safe work record Excellent disciplinary record able to perform basic mathematical functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide) Must be able to work around moving parts & wet floors Must be able to work in cold environment 40< Must be able to walk/ bend/ stand for entire work shift Must be able to follow/understand specifications/ counts Must be flexible and have the ability to react to changing priorities (counts, product changeover, etc.) Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.Days off subject to change due to shift bidding.
