RV SERVICE ADVISOR SCHEDULE: Full-Time | Year-Round PAY RANGE: up to $80,000 per year/paid hourly (DOE, based on level) ABOUT US We specialize in the service, renovation, storage, and consignment of diesel motorcoaches . We provide the highest quality service to the finest motorcoaches ever built. Accordingly, we only hire the best. And we keep the best; our average team member has been with us 15+ years. We don’t do PDI, we don’t sell new coaches (thus don’t bother with frustrating warranty work). We provide high quality service and a good price because our team represents the best motorcoach technicians on the planet. The team services all motorhome brands and is widely regarded for its ability to work on some of the most complex and luxurious RVs on the road today. This position is ideal for technicians seeking long-term stability, challenging technical work, and a team built to grow. POSITION OVERVIEW Our RV Service Writers are our organizations face and voice for the customer. As customers arrive, to first meet us (or drop-off/pick-up their rig), Service Writers them with friendly professionalism. When maintenance, repairs or upgrades are needed, our Service Writers guide the customers through the process. Helping understand the work needed, estimate and deliver. The role is open to service writers at a range of experience levels , from those looking to grow their skills to senior experts ready to lead by example. RESPONSIBILITIES (ALL LEVELS) Welcome customers with friendly professionalism as they arrive at our facilities Ensure customers rigs are ready for pick-up or drop-off Listen intently, and compile detailed notes, for customer issues or maintenance Consult with onsite RV Technicians to compile and present quotes to customers for service orders Ensure all required parts are ordered and available for ongoing customer service orders Identify and present critical maintenance and service requirements to customers Schedule and manage service appointments to organized and timely service delivery Uphold safety standards and exceptional workmanship quality Proactively maintain communication with customer as service is provided on their rig Provide top-tier service by setting and exceeding expectations QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Experience as an RV Service Writer or Service Advisor in similar industry (auto, home services) Excellent organizational and communication skills Comfort balance and tracking multiple ongoing service projects High attention to detail and pride in delivering for your customers Passion for the RV industry WHAT'S OFFERED Competitive hourly compensation with clear advancement paths Stable, year-round workload Indoor, professional shop and storage environment Opportunity to work on high-end luxury motorcoaches Long-term career growth with a highly respected RV service organization Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits Paid time off Work Location: In person
